High quality mold design is the premise of mold quality assurance and the key to the success of projects. The mold design department has the legitimate UG software, all the molds are designed in full 3D. We developed internally full 3D plug-in, and created the parts library, structure library and customer standard library, which greatly improves the efficiency of mold design. 5 CAE engineers, who can provide customers with several solutions of model flow analysis and select good one. Professional and detailed preliminary analysis, find out problems in advance, and prevent potential risks. Special check list is made for each customer to check every detail to ensure the design quality. More than 50 designers, many of them could communicate in English, can go around the world to carry out design reviews.。
